The Board of Selectmen have called a special town meeting for 15 October, 2003. The primary purpose is to again ask TM to waive the residency requirement for Town Manager.

The BOS will be opening the warrant at 0800 on 22 September and closing it at 1600 on the same day. So if you want to get something on the warrant you need to turn in your signed petition by 1600 on the 22nd, though the signatures can be collected before then. Unlike the Annual TM, the signature requirement to submit a warrant to a Special TM is 100 instead of 10.
